These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by DL Pet Transport. By booking our services customers agree to the terms outlined below.

Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to acceptance by DL Pet Transport Services.

Full payment must be received no later than 24 hours before travel unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of transport.

Customers must ensure all information provided is accurate.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their pet is fit for travel and that all travel documentation is valid and up to date.

Any medical conditions, behavioural issues or special requirements must be disclosed before transport.

The customer is responsible for ensuring all required documentation is correct, including but not limited to:

DL Pet Transport Services accepts no responsibility for delays or refusal of entry caused by incorrect documentation.

Animal welfare is our highest priority.

We reserve the right to refuse transport if a pet is deemed unfit to travel or presents a risk to staff or other animals.

Should veterinary treatment become necessary during transport, the owner agrees to reimburse any associated costs.

Whilst every effort is made to maintain agreed schedules, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control including:

No compensation will be payable for delays outside our control.

More than 7 days before departure – refund less any non-refundable costs.

Less than 7 days before departure – refund at the discretion of DL Pet Transport Services.

Less than 48 hours before departure – no refund.

DL Pet Transport Services operates a strict door-to-door service.

Animals will only be collected from and delivered to addresses provided on the relevant transport documentation.

Meeting points are not offered.
